The short answer
Choose around the question you need answered.
If you want to inspect the public resources your website returns, ZocoPilot provides a focused technical workflow.
If you need recurring observations of brand mentions, position, sentiment and cited sources, Peec AI advertises a broader analytics workflow.
There is overlap. Peec also lists a crawlability audit, referral data and crawl insights. The comparison is not simply technical checking versus monitoring with no shared capabilities.
Technical findings and recorded assistant responses are different measurements. Neither should be presented as proof of the other.
What you can inspect with ZocoPilot
ZocoPilot brings selected public website resources into one inspection workflow. Its purpose is to replace vague technical guesses with findings you can examine.
Public homepage content
Review the response retrieved from your public homepage and the text and headings found in that HTML.
This helps you investigate what was available to the scanner at the time of the request. It does not establish what every crawler or browser receives.
robots.txt rules
Inspect supported crawler directives and the rules behind the result.
Search access and training preferences should be reviewed separately. A deliberately restricted training crawler is not automatically a website defect.
llms.txt availability
Check whether the root llms.txt resource can be retrieved and inspect the returned content.
Where the reviewed implementation supplies a fallback, it is a basic starter template. It is not an independently researched site map, AI generated documentation, or deployment to your website.
Review every link before using the template.
Structured data
Inspect detected JSON LD blocks and the entity types present in the retrieved markup.
Detection and parsing do not establish that every statement is accurate, that the markup meets every search feature requirement, or that a provider will cite the page.
Findings you can examine
The reviewed interface exposes technical findings for inspection, including retrieved rules, markup and resource content.
Use those observations to decide what needs further investigation. A score without its scope is not a complete diagnosis.
ZocoPilot and Peec AI at a glance
| Requirement | ZocoPilot | Peec AI |
|---|---|---|
| Public homepage inspection | Retrieval and HTML inspection in the reviewed scanner | Exact equivalent not established by this source review |
| robots.txt analysis | Supported rule inspection | Public pricing lists a crawlability audit across more than 40 bots |
| llms.txt review | Availability and returned content inspection | Not established from the reviewed descriptions |
| llms.txt starter content | Basic template in the reviewed implementation | Not established from the reviewed descriptions |
| JSON LD inspection | Detection and parsing in retrieved HTML | Not established from the reviewed descriptions |
| Technical evidence | Reviewed interface exposes selected raw findings | Evaluate the evidence available for the selected Peec feature |
| Recurring answer analytics | Not part of the currently reviewed scanner | Advertises daily tracking on standard plans |
| Brand metrics | Technical findings are not brand mention measurements | Advertises visibility, position and sentiment |
| Competitor and source analysis | Actual answer based analytics not established | Advertises competitor and domain or URL source analysis |
| Reporting and integrations | Confirm currently available options | Advertises reporting, exports and integrations with package conditions |
| Team access | Confirm current account model | Standard brand plans list unlimited users |
Not established means the capability was not verified in this review. It is not a statement that the product cannot provide it.
What Peec AI publicly offers
Peec AI describes an analytics platform for observing brand performance across generated answers.
Its homepage explains visibility, position and sentiment, alongside prompt management, competitor comparisons and source analysis.
It also describes CSV exports, Looker Studio reporting and API or MCP connections. Availability should be checked against the package you are evaluating.
Technical coverage is part of its offering
Peec’s pricing page also lists three relevant capabilities:
- A crawlability audit showing allowed, partially allowed and blocked bots across more than 40 agents.
- AI referrals for visits arriving from assistants.
- Crawl insights describing bot requests, pages and returned status codes.
These capabilities should be considered when evaluating overlap with a technical checking tool.
Ask what setup, integrations and plan are required. A feature listed on a pricing page does not establish that it works without configuration on every website.
What each result tells you
| Observation | What it can establish | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| A homepage was retrieved | The scanner received that response | Every provider can retrieve the same page |
| A robots.txt rule was evaluated | The supported rule interpretation for the tested path | Guaranteed indexing or recommendation |
| llms.txt was found | A resource was returned | Universal assistant use |
| JSON LD was parsed | The inspected JSON could be processed | Verified truth or guaranteed search appearance |
| A brand appeared in an answer | A mention occurred in that observation | What all users see |
| A source was linked | A link appeared in the recorded answer | An endorsement of the whole business |
| A referral was recorded | A visit was identifiable under the collection method | Every previous influence on the visitor |
How to compare pricing
This page does not establish that ZocoPilot is cheaper.
A fair comparison needs an actual ZocoPilot offer and the current Peec price for the scope being purchased.
Peec’s reviewed brand plans list Starter with 50 prompts, Pro with 150 prompts and Advanced with 350 prompts. Each lists three selected models and daily tracking. Project limits differ by plan.
Enterprise and agency requirements should be checked directly. Additional model choices and feature availability can affect the offer.
Compare the workload rather than the headline price.
- Website checks or tracked prompts.
- Platforms and collection methods.
- Collection frequency.
- Number of projects and users.
- Available history and exports.
- Integration requirements.
- Support and commercial terms.
A focused technical check and a recurring analytics subscription are not automatically equivalent purchases.
When ZocoPilot fits
Evaluate ZocoPilot when your immediate task is to inspect public website resources and understand the findings.
That may mean checking a robots.txt result, reviewing detected structured data, inspecting retrieved homepage content, or examining an llms.txt resource.
Judge the available workflow by whether it answers that question clearly and accurately.
Current capabilities matter more than a promise about what will be built later.
When Peec AI fits
Evaluate Peec AI when you need ongoing prompt observations, brand metrics, source analysis and reporting across selected platforms.
Its published team, project and integration options may also be relevant if several people or client brands are involved.
Check the actual package and inspect representative results before committing.
Do you need both?
Not necessarily.
The workflows can complement each other, but Peec also advertises technical capabilities. Check whether one product already answers the questions your team needs to investigate.
Use a second tool only when it adds useful evidence or a workflow you genuinely need.
Frequently asked questions
Is ZocoPilot a Peec AI alternative?
For a focused public website inspection task, ZocoPilot may be relevant. Its currently reviewed scanner is not a complete replacement for Peec’s advertised answer analytics platform.
Does ZocoPilot provide live monitoring across several assistants?
That is not established in the current scanner review. Technical website checks should not be labelled as recorded assistant answers.
Does Peec AI include technical checks?
Its current pricing page lists a crawlability audit, AI referrals and crawl insights. Confirm the specific package and setup requirements.
Does the ZocoPilot template publish llms.txt on my domain?
No. A basic generated template or a file hosted elsewhere is not automatic deployment to your domain.
Do not treat a starter template as a complete, verified documentation index.
Is ZocoPilot easier to use?
This review does not establish that. We have not performed a matched usability test. Evaluate the available workflow against your own task.
Will either tool guarantee more citations?
This comparison makes no such guarantee. A technical observation, a tracked mention and a business result are different forms of evidence.
Choose the workflow that answers your question
Start with a specific task.
If it is about the public resources your website exposes, inspect them and review the findings.
If it is about patterns in collected answers, evaluate the monitoring method, reporting and available evidence.
ZocoPilot’s role is to make its current technical workflow useful and understandable. That is the basis on which it should earn your consideration.
